Application for Qualitative Control Waiver

The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for qualitative control and quantitative control waivers.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 0.14 acres and is located south at the intersection of W. Lanvale Street and Poplar Grove Street. The project consists of renovation of the entrance, reconstruction of public sidewalk and an upgrade of the existing electrical service for the existing building.  

The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code.  The Applicant has demonstrated that the 0.058 ac of the project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control controls for 0.058 ac of this project.
