Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 0.18 acres and is located north of the intersection of Fleet Street and S. Caroline Street. The project will consist of a five-story mixed use residential and commercial building. 

The Applicant has demonstrated that on-site water quality control is not practicable. The Applicant will satisfy the water quality controls for this project by payment of fee-in-lieu of on-site stormwater management for 0.18 ac of this project.
