The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a quantitative & qualitative control waiver.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 0.24 acres and is located northwest at the intersection of E 21st Street and Boone Street. The project will consist of 2 phases.  Phase 1 consists of the demolition of an existing town home and the construction of 2 new town homes.  Phase 2 consists of the construction of 6 new town homes. 

The Applicant has demonstrated that on-site water quantity control is not practicable. The Applicant will satisfy the quantitative controls requirements for this project by payment of fee-in-lieu of on-site stormwater management for Phase 1 & 2 for 0.15 acres of this project. 

The Applicant has demonstrated that on-site water quality control is not practicable. The Applicant will satisfy the water quality controls for this project by payment of fee-in-lieu of on-site stormwater management for Phase 1 & 2 for 0.18 acres of this project.
