The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a variance of Stormwater Management.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 0.98 acres and is located northeast of the intersection of Frankford Avenue and Force Road. The project will consist of installing, for public use, a 4’ wide pedestrian gravel pathway within the existing BGE transmission right-of-way.
The Applicant is requesting a variance in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-4 of the City Code for approximately 0.22 acres of this project. The Applicant has demonstrated that 0.09 acres of the project will have water quality control provided. Due to exceptional circumstances applicable to the site, the applicant will not be required to provide Qualitative control for 0.13 acres and Quantitative controls for 0.22 acres of impervious area associated with this project.
