The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a qualitative control and quantitative control waivers.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 0.17 acres and is located southwest at the intersection of Ashland Avenue and Patterson Park Avenue. The project will consist of sitework related to rehab of residential townhouse

The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code. 

 The Applicant has demonstrated that on-site water quality control is not practicable. The Applicant will satisfy the water quality controls for this project by payment of fee-in-lieu of on-site stormwater management for 0.12 ac of this project.
