Application for Qualitative Control Waiver

The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a qualitative control and quantitative control waivers.

Applicant:   Comprehensive Housing Assistance, Inc.  5809 Park Heights Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21215

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 1.05 acres and is located east of the intersection of Park Heights Avenue and Glen Avenue. The project will consist of 4 new homes (2 pair of duplexes) with driveways for off street parking. 

The Applicant has demonstrated that on-site water quality control is not practicable. The Applicant will satisfy the water quality controls for this project by payment of fee-in-lieu of on-site stormwater management for 0.23 acres this project.
