The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a qualitative control and quantitative control waivers.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 0.43 acres  in two parcels and is located at the intersection of  N. Dukeland Street and alleys on the north, south, and east sides, between Riggs and Mosher Streets. The project will consist of a Day Care Building, small parking lot, and a tot lot.

The Applicant has demonstrated that complete on-site water quality control is not practicable. The Applicant will satisfy the water quality controls for this project by on-site management of 0.14 acres and payment of fee-in-lieu of on-site stormwater management for 0.06 acres for this project.
