The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a qualitative control and quantitative control waivers.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 2.16 acres and is located within the Spring Gardens BGE property, south of West Fort Avenue and west of Leadenhall Street. The project will consist of installing a new parking lot, approximately 1.89 acres, for BGE’s service equipment. The Applicant has demonstrated that on-site water quality control is not practicable. The Applicant will satisfy the water quality controls for this project by payment of fee-in-lieu of on-site stormwater management for 1.18 ac of this project.
