The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a quantitative control waiver.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 0.273 acres and is located at the intersection of on the east side of Central Avenue, between Bank St. and Eastern Avenue. The project will consist of an eight-story hotel to be constructed on the site of an existing parking lot.
The Applicant is requesting a redevelopment waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-7 of the City Code. The existing impervious area coverage meets the conditions for this waiver. The project will provide water quality controls to satisfy the requirements of this waiver for 0.136 ac of this project.
