The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a redevelopment waiver. If granted, the project will still need to provide water qualitative controls, per the requirements of the State’s Design Manual.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 0.57 acres and is located at 100, 200 & 300 East Cromwell Street. The project will reconfigure an existing parking lot to provide 137 additional parking spaces. 

The Applicant is requesting a redevelopment waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-7 of the City Code.  The existing impervious area coverage meets the conditions for this waiver under the approved Port Covington SWM Master Plan, ESD# 7211.  The project will meet the stormwater management requirements by utilizing a portion of the stormwater management credit approved under ESD# 7211C R-1 to satisfy the requirements of this waiver for 0.31 ac of this project.
