The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a qualitative control waiver.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of [0.39] acres and is located west at the intersection of Frankfurst Ave. and Vera St. The project will consist of the construction of an underground proprietary stormwater management facility to meet 12-SW permit requirements for the industrial metal scrapping site.

The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code.  The Applicant has demonstrated that the 0.39 ac of the project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative controls for 0.39 ac of this project.
