The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a qualitative control waiver.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 0.35 acres and the projected area extends from S. Monroe St to S. Stricker St between W Pratt St and W Baltimore St. The project will consist of the upgrade and replacement of existing underground gas distribution main pipes and their associated services. 

The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code.  The Applicant has demonstrated that the 0.35 Ac. of the project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control controls for 0.35 ac of this project.
