The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for qualitative control and quantitative control waivers.

Project Description:  The project has an approximate area of 1.39 acres and is located North at the intersection of Exeter Hall Avenue, E 29^th Street, E. 30^th Street, Vineyard Lane, Old York Road, E. 31^st Street, E. 32^nd Street, University Parkway, Gorsuch Avenue, E. 33^rd Street, Venable Avenue, E. 34^th Street, Calvin Avenue, E. 35^th Street, E. 36^th Street, Chestnut Hill Avenue, E. 38^th Street, E. 39^th Street, Engle Avenue, Wyanoke Avenue, Rose Hill Terrace, E. 41^st Street, Underwood Road, E. 42^nd Street, and E. 43^rd Street. The project will consist of conduit construction. 

The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code.  The Applicant has demonstrated that the 1.39 acre project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control controls for 1.39 acres of this project.
