The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for qualitative control and quantitative control waivers.

Project Description:  The project has an approximate area of 1.39 acres and is located North at the intersection of Exeter Hall Avenue, E 29th Street, E. 30th Street, Vineyard Lane, Old York Road, E. 31st Street, E. 32nd Street, University Parkway, Gorsuch Avenue, E. 33rd Street, Venable Avenue, E. 34th Street, Calvin Avenue, E. 35th Street, E. 36th Street, Chestnut Hill Avenue, E. 38th Street, E. 39th Street, Engle Avenue, Wyanoke Avenue, Rose Hill Terrace, E. 41st Street, Underwood Road, E. 42nd Street, and E. 43rd Street. The project will consist of conduit construction. 

The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code.  The Applicant has demonstrated that the 1.39 acre project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control controls for 1.39 acres of this project.
