The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a qualitative control waiver.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 6.39 acres and is located in the vicinity of Reisterstown Rd shall include Manchester Ave, Garrison Ave, Cordelia Ave, Litchfield Ave, Spaulding Ave, Virginia Ave, Waldorf Ave, Ridge Ave, Umatilla Ave and Baltimore vicinity including N Smallwood, W Mulberry St, N Pulaski St, W Saratoga, Penrose Ave, N Bentalou St, N Warwick Ave, Wheeler Ave, W Lexington Ave, W Fayette St Vine St and N Calverton Rd. The project will consist of replacement and rehabilitation of various water mains. 

The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code.  The Applicant has demonstrated that the 6.39 ac of the  project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control controls for 6.39 ac of this project.
