The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a qualitative control waiver.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 3.44 acres, is located in the vicinity of Thames St., S. Broadway St., Shakespeare St., Bond St., S. Eden St., Aliceanna St., Lancaster St., S. Bethel St., S. Ann St., S. Wolfe St., Fell St., S. Regester St., S. Durham St., Fleet St., S. Washington St., Fountain St., S. Castle St., S. Chester St., Boston St., Eastern Avenue, Portugal St., Gough St. and Bank St.  The project will consist of the rehabilitation of various water mains.

The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code.  The Applicant has demonstrated that 3.44 ac of the project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control controls for 3.44 acres of this project.
