The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a redevelopment waiver. If granted, the project will still need to provide water qualitative controls, per the requirements of the State’s Design Manual.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 0.17 acres and is located at 1909 McElderry St., Baltimore, MD  21205, the southeast corner of the N. Wolfe St. and McElderry St. intersection. The project will consist of demolishing an existing building, site clearing and site preparation to make way for a new building for the School of Nursing. The future building will be advertised under a separate public notice when plans become available.

The Applicant is requesting a redevelopment waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-7 of the City Code.  The existing impervious area coverage meets the conditions for this waiver.  The project will provide impervious area reduction to satisfy the requirements of this waiver for 0.17 acres of this project.
