The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a redevelopment waiver. If granted, the project will still need to provide water qualitative controls, per the requirements of the State’s Design Manual.

Project Description: The project has an approximate disturbed area of 0.42 acres and is located south west at the intersection of South Highland Ave and Boston St. The project will consist of the removal of an existing teller drive isle in front of the existing building and paving along S. Highland Ave.  The drive isle will be converted to additional parking and S Highland Street will consist of street improvements including sidewalks, curb and gutter.

The Applicant is requesting a redevelopment waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-7 of the City Code.  The Applicant will satisfy the water quality controls for this project by payment of fee-in-lieu of on-site stormwater management for 0.12 ac of this project.
