The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a qualitative control waiver.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 4.98 acres and will consist of replacing and rehabilitating existing water mains, and is located in the following roadways: W. Mulberry Street, W. Saratoga Street, W. Lexington Street, W. Fayette Street, W. Baltimore Street, N Fulton Avenue, N. Mount Street, N. Gilmor Street, N. Stricker Street, N. Calhoun Street, N. Carey Street, N. Carrollton Avenue, S. Arlington Avenue, S. Schroeder Street, N. Poppleton Street, N. Fremont Avenue and intersections thereof.

The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code.  The Applicant has demonstrated that the 4.98 acres project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control for this project.
