The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a qualitative control and quantitative control waivers.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 4.60 acres, and is surrounded by the following streets: N Fremont Ave, Bloom St, Division, St, Robert St, Etting St, Laurens St, McCulloh St, Dolphin St, Pennsylvania Ave, W Hoffman St, Brune St and Edmondson Ave. The project will consist of cleaning and lining, and rehabilitation of water mains.

The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code.  The Applicant has demonstrated that 4.60 acres of the project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative controls for 4.60 acres of this project.
