Application for Qualitative Control Waiver

The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a qualitative control waiver.

Applicant: Baltimore Gas & Electric

Watershed(s): Herring Run

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 0.46 acres and is located at the intersection of off 5800 Block of Moravia Road, behind 5061 Truesdale Avenue. The project will consist of Dig out of the foundations for BGE Tower 838C for maintenance.

The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code.  The Applicant has demonstrated that the 0.46 Ac. of the project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control controls for 0.46 ac of this project.
