Application for Qualitative Control Waiver

The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a qualitative control waiver.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 7.67 acres and is located along The Alameda, Woodbourne Ave., Northwood Drive, Old York Road, Richwood Ave., Willow Ave., E. 43rd Street, Marble Hall Road, Crofton Road, Pentridge Road, Pentwood Road, E. Cold Spring Lane, Northgate Road, Kingsway Road, Northwick Road, Lochwood Road, Sheffield Road, Argonne Drive, Ralworth Drive, Shady Side Road, Round Hill Road, Hillen Road and Loch Raven Blvd.. The project will consist of replacement of various size water mains, appurtenances and water services. 

The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code.  The Applicant has demonstrated that the 7.67 ac of the project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control controls for 7.67 ac of this project.
