Application for Redevelopment Waiver and Qualitative Control Waiver
The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a qualitative control waiver.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 0.21 acres and is located North at the intersection of Druid Park Drive and Liberty Heights Avenue. The project will consist of construction of generator with electrical ductbank and demolition of existing fountain. 

The Applicant is requesting a redevelopment waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-7 of the City Code.  The existing impervious area coverage meets the conditions for this waiver.  The Applicant will satisfy the water quality controls for this project by reducing the impervious area by more than 50-percent. 

AND

The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-2 of the City Code.  The Applicant has demonstrated that the 0.11 ac of the project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control controls for 0.11 ac of this project.
