Application for Redevelopment Waiver
The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a redevelopment waiver. If granted, the project will still need to provide water qualitative controls, per the requirements of the State’s Design Manual.      

Applicant:  Sagamore Development Company, LLC, C/O Caroline Paff, 1000 Key Highway East, Baltimore, Maryland. 21230.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 2.47 acres and is located 200 East Cromwell Street. The project will consists of constructing 170 interim parking spaces to service the Distillery adjacent to East Cromwell Street.  Two entrances are proposed to access the interim parking lot, the first entrance will be off East Cromwell Street, while the other entrance will be from the southern parking lot.

The Applicant is requesting a redevelopment waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-7 of the City Code.  The existing impervious area coverage meets the conditions for this waiver.  The project will provide water quality controls and/or impervious area removal to satisfy the requirements of this waiver for 2.47 ac of this project.
