Application for Qualitative Control Waiver
The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a qualitative control and quantitative control waivers.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 1.56 acres and is located between the intersection of Benhill and Curtis Avenues and the Baltimore City/Anne Arundel County line near Cedar Hill. The project is linear in nature and includes the installation of approximately 1,840 LF of 21-inch diameter gravity sewer, 973 LF of 20-inch diameter gravity sewer and 16 EA 5-foot diameter manholes. 

The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code.  The Applicant has demonstrated that the 1.56 ac of the project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control controls for this project.
