Application for Redevelopment Waiver

The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a redevelopment waiver. If granted, the project will still need to provide water qualitative controls, per the requirements of the State’s Design Manual.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 1.733 acres and is located southeast at the intersection of E. Fayette Street and N. Highland Avenue.  The project will consist of a single-story gas station/convenience store with associated parking and landscaping. 

The Applicant is requesting a redevelopment waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-7 of the City Code.  The existing impervious area coverage meets the conditions for this waiver.  The project will provide water quality controls and impervious area reduction to satisfy the requirements of this waiver for 1.690 acres of this project.
