Application for Redevelopment Waiver

The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a redevelopment waiver. If granted, the project will still need to provide water qualitative controls, per the requirements of the State’s Design Manual.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 0.20 acres and is located Northwest of the intersection of Bayview Blvd. & Nathan Shock Drive. The project will consist of the removal of existing pavement, regrading and grass stabilization.

The Applicant is requesting a redevelopment waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-7 of the City Code.  The existing impervious area coverage meets the conditions for this waiver.  The project will provide an impervious area reduction 100% to satisfy the requirements of this waiver.
