Application for Qualitative Control Waiver

The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a qualitative control and quantitative control waivers.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 1.08 acres and is located in the wooded area between Seamon Avenue and Waterview Avenue. The project will consist of replacing a failed sanitary, storm drain system, constructing a Step Pool Storm Conveyance, and slope stabilization

The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code.  The Applicant has demonstrated that the 1.08 ac of the project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control controls for 1.08 ac of this project.
