The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a qualitative control and quantitative control waivers.

Project Description:

The project has an approximate area of 0.61 acres and is located on the Homewood Campus of Johns Hopkins Universtiy. The project will consist of water proofing repairs to the foundation of Krieger Hall and reinstallation of landscaping features disturbed or removed as part of the project.

The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code. The Applicant has demonstrated that the 0.61 ac of the project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control controls for 0.61 ac of this project.
