Project Description:

The project has an approximate area of 7.81 acres and is located north at the intersection of East Cromwell Street and West Peninsula Drive. The project will consist of a temporary stockpile area encompassing 7.81 acres.

The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code. The Applicant has demonstrated that the 7.81 acres of the project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control controls for 7.81 acres of this project.
