Project Description:

The project has an approximate area of 0.239 acres and is located at the southeast intersection of O’Donnell Street and Baylis Street. The project will consist of (8) three story townhouses with garages & penthouses and a private alley to access the garages.

The Applicant is requesting a redevelopment waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-7 of the City Code. The existing impervious area coverage meets the conditions for this waiver. The project will provide impervious area reduction to satisfy the requirements of this waiver for 0.012 ac of this project.

The Applicant will satisfy the remaining water quality controls for this project by payment of fee-in-lieu of on-site stormwater management for 0.108 ac of this project.
