Project Description:

The project has an approximate area of 2.417 acres and is located South at the intersection of Wills Street and Point Street. The project will consist of 225,000 sf of office spaces, 88,500 sf of Hotel spaces (156 rooms), and 3,000 sf of Retail spaces. The proposed building will be 12 stories with an elevated plaza, at-grade plaza, and a parking garage. Proposed road (Wills Street), utilities, and stormwater management will be constructed as part of the infrastructure improvements.

The Applicant is requesting a redevelopment waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-7 of the City Code. The existing impervious area coverage meets the conditions for this waiver. The project will provide water quality controls and impervious area reduction to satisfy the requirements of this waiver for 2.417 ac of this project.
