The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a qualitative control waiver.

Project Description:

The project has an approximate area of [0.24] acres and is located along S. Caroline Street between Block Street and Aliceanna Street. The project will consist of the installation of a new 10-inch sewage force main within S. Caroline Street.

The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code. The Applicant has demonstrated that the [0.24] acres of the project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control controls for [0.24] acres of this project.
