Project Description:

The project has an approximate area of 0.39 acres and is located at the intersection of Pimlico Road and Taney Road. The project will consist of a two story addition to an existing two story residential dwelling and the expansion of the existing gravel driveway to accommodate the addition.

The Applicant has demonstrated that on-site water quality control is not practicable. The Applicant will satisfy the water quality controls for this project by payment of fee-in-lieu of on-site stormwater management for 0.019 ac of this project.
