Project Description:

The project has an approximate area of 0.16 acres and is located east in Etting Alley north of the intersection of Etting Alley and Mosher St., east at the intersection of Etting Alley and Mosher St., in Tiffany Alley north at the intersection of Tiffany Alley and Mosher St., east in Tiffany Alley south of the intersection of Tiffany Alley and Mosher St., west at the intersection of Madison Ave. and Mosher St., southwest at the intersection of Wilson St. and Druid Hill Ave., south of the intersection of Tiffany Alley and Wilson St., along Morris St., to the east of Morris St., and at the intersection of Morris St. and Wilson St., southwest at the intersection of Laurens St. and Jordan St., south along Wilson St. at the intersection of Wilson St. and Linden Ave., southeast at the intersection of Robert St. and Druid Hill Ave., in Morris St. north of the intersection of Morris St. and Robert St., southeast and southwest of the intersection of Robert St. and Jordan St., southeast at the intersection of Mason St. and Mason Alley, south of the intersection of Jenkins Alley and an unnamed alley south of the intersection of W. Lafayette Ave. and Jenkins Alley, southeast at the intersection of McMechen St and Park Ave., and southeast at the intersection of Park Ave. and Mosher St. The project will consist of utility installation to upgrade electric from Woodbrook Substation under BGE project #2198636.

The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code. The Applicant has demonstrated that the 0.16 ac of the project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control controls for 0.16 ac of this project.
