Project Description: |
The project has an approximate area of 2.08 acres and is located approximately 700 feet north of the intersection of Cold Spring Lane and N. Charles Street. The project will consist of approximately 700 linear feet of stream restoration. The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code. The Applicant has demonstrated that the 2.08 ac of the project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control controls for 2.08 ac of this project.
