Project Description: |
The project has an approximate area of 0.65 acres and is located north east at the intersection of South Highland Ave and Cardiff Ave. The project will consist of the removal of the parking lot and above ground concrete pool deck and associated pool. The Applicant is requesting a redevelopment waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-7 of the City Code. The existing impervious area coverage meets the conditions for this waiver. The project will provide impervious area reduction to satisfy the requirements of this waiver for 0.65ac of this project.
