Project Description: |
The project has an approximate area of 143.00 acres and is located northwest of the intersection of Forest Park Avenue and Hillsdale Road. The project will consist of the renovation of existing greens and tees and the construction of a driving range and patio. The Applicant has demonstrated that on-site water quality control is not practicable. The Applicant will satisfy the water quality controls for this project by payment of fee-in-lieu of on-site stormwater management for 0.02842 acres of this project.
