Project Description: |
The project has an approximate area of 0.5 acres and is located southeast at the intersection of Oakfield Avenue and Liberty Heights Avenue. The project will consist of landscaping and sidewalk work around an existing multi-story residential building with associated parking. The Applicant has demonstrated that on-site water quality control and water quantity control is not practicable. The Applicant will satisfy the water quality controls for this project by payment of fee-in-lieu of on-site stormwater management for 0.0963 ac of impervious area for this project.
