Project Description:

The project has an approximate area of 0.71 acres and is located 230 feet due west of the intersection of N. Charles St. and E. Cold Spring Lane. The project will consist of a pedestrian plaza of concrete unit pavers with seat walls and an asphalt paved walkway with a unit paver border. Storm water quality management will be provided by a Micro-Bioretention Best Management Practice.

The Applicant is requesting a redevelopment waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-7 of the City Code. The existing impervious area coverage meets the conditions for this waiver. The project will provide water quality controls to satisfy the requirements of this waiver for 0.22 ac of this project.
