The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a redevelopment waiver. If granted, the project need not comply with the requirements of the State’s Design Manual for quantity control.

Project Description:

The project has an approximate area of 0.40 acres + and is located northwest at the intersection of S. Dean Street and Dillon Street. The project will consist of the redevelopment of an existing structure and will include the construction of a 61 multi-family residential unit building with associated parking.

The Applicant is requesting a redevelopment waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-7 of the City Code. The existing impervious area coverage meets the conditions for this waiver. The Applicant will satisfy the remaining water quality controls for this project by payment of fee-in-lieu of on-site stormwater management for 0.24 ac of this project.
