The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a qualitative controland quantitative control waivers.

Project Description:

The project has an approximate area of 2.69 acres and is located along Parkview Avenue, Annapolis Road, Newgate Avenue, Ridgemede Road, Gleneagle Avenue, Leith Walk, Wadsworth Avenue, Power Mill Avenue, Belleville Avenue, Liberty Heights Avenue, Burtis Avenue, Haddon Avenue, Chrysler Avenue, Cadillac Avenue, Belle Avenue, Crawford Avenue, Wilvan Avenue, Groveland Avenue, Winton Avenue, Pierless Avenue, Bowers Avenue, Annapolis Road, Waterview Avenue, Wegworth Lane, N.Linwood Avenue, N. East Avenue, Newgate Avenue, Leland Avenue, Old Haven Street, Ridgemede Road ,Tuscany Road, The Alameda, Sherwood Avenue, Wadsworth Avenue , Hillen Road, and Willowton Avenue. The project will consist of for the following cleaning, lining, and replacing exist watermains.

The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code. The Applicant has demonstrated that the 2.69 ac of the project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control controls for 2.69 ac of this project.
