Project Description:

The project has an approximate area of 1.91 acres, is located in the vicinity of Hudson Street and shall include S. Conkling Street, S. Dean Street, S. Eaton Street, Grundy Street, S. Haven Street, Eastern Avenue, Fleet Street, Foster Avenue, Fait Avenue, Hudson Street, and Dillon Street. The project will consist of the rehabilitation and replacement of various water mains.

The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code. The Applicant has demonstrated that 1.91 ac of the project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control controls for 1.91 ac of this project.
