Project Description:

The project has an approximate area of 4.89 acres, is located in the vicinity of Guilford Avenue and shall include E. 33rd Street, , E. 32nd Street, E. 31st Street, Vineyard Lane, E. 30th Street, Merryman Lane, E. 29th Street, Ilchester Street, E. 28th Street, Whitridge Avenue, E. 27th Street, E. Lorraine Avenue, E. 26th Street, E. 25 ½ Street, E. 25th Street, N. Calvert Street, Hunter Street, Guilford Avenue, Barclay Street, and Greenmount Avenue.

The project will consist of the rehabilitation and replacement of various water mains.

The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code. The Applicant has demonstrated that 4.89 ac of the project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control controls for 4.89 ac of this project.
