Project Description:

The project has an approximate area of 1.79 acres and is located at Chesterfield Ave, Lake Ave, Kentucky Ave, Teresa Ct, Brendan Ave, Cardenas Ave, Woodstock Ave, Parklawn Ave, Pelham Ave. The project will consist of repairing and replacing sanitary sewer mains.

The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code. The Applicant has demonstrated that the 1.79 ac of the project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control controls for 1.79 ac of this project.
