Project Description:

The project has an approximate area of 0.604 acres and is located south east of the intersection of Fleet and Conkling Street. The project will consist of 20 three-story residential townhomes with associated parking and access between Conkling and Dean Street.

The Applicant is requesting a redevelopment waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-7 of the City Code. The existing impervious area coverage meets the conditions for this waiver. The project will provide impervious area reduction to satisfy the requirements of this waiver for 0.035 ac on this project. The Applicant will satisfy the remaining water quality controls for this project by a payment of fee-in-lieu of on-site stormwater management for 0.29 ac of this project.
