Project Description:

The project has an approximate area of 3.06 acres and the work area (section) locations are listed below: Southwest of the intersection of Sinclair Lane and Denview Way off of Sinclair Lane; North of the intersection of Frankford Avenue and Force Road off of Frankford Avenue; West of the intersection of E. Federal Street and Green Rose Lane off of E. Federal Street; Intersection of E. Federal Street and Green Rose Lane; Southwest of the intersection of E. Federal Street and Erdman Avenue (HWY 151) off of Erdman Avenue; South of the intersection of E. Federal Street and N. Macon Street off of n. Macon Street. The project will consist of maintenance activities and system integrity improvements of existing pipeline Line 36.

The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code. The Applicant has demonstrated that the 3.06 ac of the project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control measures for 3.06 ac of this project.
