Application for Qualitative Control Waiver: Water Infrastructure Rehabilitation Windsor Mill Road & Vicinity and Baker Street & Vicinity Water Replacements

The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a qualitative control and quantitative control waivers.

Project Description:

The project has an approximate area of 3.45 acres and is located at the following roadways: Windsor Mill Rd & vicinity; Windsor Mill Rd, Allendale Rd, Elsinore Ave, Edgewood St., Clifton Ave, and Walbrook Ave. and Baker Street & vicinity; Baker Street, Ashburton St., Presbury St. Braddish Ave, and N Warwick Ave. The project will consist of rehabilitating water mains.

The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code. The Applicant has demonstrated that the 3.45 ac of the project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control controls for 3.45 ac of this project.
