The project has an approximate area of 2.04 acres and is located on the following streets: Frederick Ave. (between Pratt St. and the Gwynns Falls Bridge); W. Baltimore St. (between S. Warwick Ave. and Kinsey Ave.); Kinsey Ave. (between W. Baltimore St. and Ashburton St.); S. Catherine St. (between W. Baltimore St. and Frederick Ave.); Willard St. (between Frederick Ave. and W. Lombard St.); W. Lombard St. (between S. Catherine St. and Willard St.; McHenry St. (between S. Catherine St. and S. Franklintown Rd.); Boyd St. (between S. Catherine St. and S. Franklintown Rd.); Tyrone St. (between Frederick Ave.); Hafer St. (between Tyrone St. and Stinson St.); S. Bentalou St. (between Frederick Ave. and Ramsay St.); Frederick Ave. (between the Gwynns Falls Bridge and Font Hill Ave.); Hurley Ave. (between Wilkins Ave. and Sunset Rd.); Lambeth Rd. (between Underwood Rd. and Greenway); Kemble Rd. (between Juniper Rd. and Greenway) The project will consist of the replacement of existing water mains and service connections and related appurtenances. The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code. The Applicant has demonstrated that the 2.04 acres of the project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control controls for 2.04 acres of this project.
