Project Description:

The site has an approximate area of 137.8 acres and is located on top of the north entrance for the 895 tunnel. The project will consist of the installation of 6,116 lf of a 10” HDPE water injection line and 1,609 lf of a 3” HDPE sludge line.

The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code. The Applicant has demonstrated that the project will return the 0.45 ac of disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control for the 0.45 acres of this project.
