Project Description: |
The project consists of an additional 4,313 sf of impervious area for a pad site previously approved for 8,500 sf. The proposed construction will be for a restaurant and associated site improvements. Access to the pad site is off of Liberty Heights Ave and the entrance to Mondawmin Mall. The Applicant is requesting a Qualitative Control Waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code. The project has implemented Environmental Site Design to the Maximum Extent Practicable. The required treatment volume has been met for the site; however, physical constraints preclude full treatment of the required site area. The project is not treating 1,274 sf.
